Product family
Gravity Roller Conveyors family
Passive roller sections for buffers, packing lanes and sorting — sized by load class, pitch and interface height.

Gravity roller conveyor · SY-GR-C
General gravity roller conveyor
- CNC-bent side channels; punched holes share the roller-center coordinate system.
- Tube wall and bearing class follow load rating to limit long-term ovaling.

Packing-lane roller conveyor · SY-GR-PK
Packing-lane gravity roller conveyor
- Roller pitch is tuned to pack bottom stiffness to reduce sag and crease risk.
- Adjustable side guides cover carton width changes without swapping main beams.

Panel sorting buffer · SY-GR-SR-P
Panel-sorting gravity roller conveyor
- Dense roller pitch keeps effective support at both ends of narrow panels.
- Low-friction side stops reduce finish abrasion.

Package sorting buffer · SY-GR-SR-C
Package-sorting gravity roller conveyor
- Roller diameter/wall balance pack point loads to limit deep dents.
- Side stops open quickly for odd pack shapes.
Engineering selection
- Which process segments should stay gravity rather than powered?
- Keep gravity on buffer/staging lanes, packing hand-work zones and short grades where operator push or ≤2–3° free-roll is enough. Introduce powered zones only where you need indexed release, zero-pressure accumulation, merge pacing or host-linked takt.
- What interface data are required to match an existing line?
- Minimum inputs: top-of-roller (TOR) height, roller pitch/OD, clear width between side guides, max panel/carton envelope and stack mass, flow direction, and the adjacent machine datum. We then lock frame outer width and splice-plate geometry so spares stay interchangeable plant-wide.
- How is roller pitch selected for mixed panel lengths?
- Pitch is set so the shortest panel always rests on at least three rollers under max eccentric load. Narrow or soft-bottom packs may need denser pitch or sleeved rollers; we verify against your minimum edge length, not the average SKU.
