Applications

1. Placed before/after packing stations for manual finishing and labeling of edged/drilled panels or cartons.
2. Lane width is checked against max pack envelope and bilateral operator standing clearance.
3. Can parallel weigh, strap and wrap cells as a gravity loop inside the packing island.
4. Acts as a staging queue before warehouse lanes to smooth forklift pickup cadence.
5. For scratch-sensitive finishes, use corner guards or underlays; the line provides stable support spacing.
6. Fits multi-shift packing islands—dense manual day shift, lower powered energy at night.

Construction & process

1. Roller pitch is tuned to pack bottom stiffness to reduce sag and crease risk.
2. Adjustable side guides cover carton width changes without swapping main beams.
3. End-stop height follows pack CG range to cut tip-over during push.
4. Deck height matches packing tables to avoid secondary lifting.
5. Finish favors tape-residue cleaning rather than overly rough paint.
6. Feet include expansion holes for fastening after packing-area floor cure.
