Who we are
JIANGSU SUYUAN INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD. is a Chinese company based in Wuxi, Jiangsu, operating under the brand SUYUAN Intelligent Equipment. We deliver production-line solutions and unit supply for factories worldwide — layout, roller conveyors, lifts and host linking — as complete packages or by individual model, with installation, commissioning and after-sales.
Manufacturing & delivery
Equipment is designed and built in our Wuxi plant with interchangeable interfaces and a spare-parts strategy. Delivery includes disciplined packing, packing lists, photo records and spare kits mapped to line sections, plus on-site installation and line commissioning.
Scope of work
Production-line solutions and plant layout (CAD), host interfaces and section selection, material-flow equipment supply, on-site installation, line commissioning and after-sales. After-sales standards follow China mainland vs global tracks.
Who we serve
Panel-furniture whole-plant linking; mill stack lanes and wooden-door leaf flow; in-plant staging and packing lanes. We supply rollers, lifts and host-linking modules sized to TOR, pitch, stack mass and host I/O.
Service & assistance
After-sales and assistance follow regional standards — China mainland SLAs are not the same as global ones. Mainland China customers: China service standards (network and response targets). Overseas and cross-border projects: global assistance standards (remote first, business-day acknowledgement, on-site scope in writing). RFQs and assistance requests can be submitted online.
