4. When meeting powered zones, deck height, roller OD and outer side-channel datum stay common.
5. Reuses one shaft/bearing class across segments to shrink spare SKUs.
6. Export projects can split section lengths to local aisle and container packing limits.

Construction & process

1. CNC-bent side channels; punched holes share the roller-center coordinate system.
2. Tube wall and bearing class follow load rating to limit long-term ovaling.
3. Adjustable feet take floor variance while holding deck flatness targets.
4. Relocatable splice plates keep geometry continuous when the line expands.
5. Indoor woodworking finish and locked fasteners are selected by duty; critical joints are traceable.
6. Removable end stops and side guards allow occasional forklift access without cutting the frame.
