Applications

1. Receives single or small-stack panels from panel-sorting exits by order or color lane.
2. Typically one buffer per sort exit in a one-to-many layout waiting for downstream pickup.
3. Handles mixed short/narrow panels; pitch and side stops are checked to minimum width.
4. Peak sorting can temporarily lengthen sections without changing host logic.
5. When docking powered transfers, presence sensors sit at section end to avoid false trips.
6. Fits custom-cabinet plants with high single-piece flow.

Construction & process

1. Dense roller pitch keeps effective support at both ends of narrow panels.
2. Low-friction side stops reduce finish abrasion.
3. Main-beam height aligns to sorter outfeed to eliminate drop steps.
4. Quick segment joints allow adding/removing exits.
5. Optional sensor-bracket holes avoid field drilling that breaks the finish.
6. Optional sleeved rollers cut impact marks on high-gloss panels.
