Panel Mills & Wooden Door Plants
Heavy stack conveying for panel mills; door-leaf pitch, side guides and low-abrasion buffers for wooden-door machining, finishing and packing.
Mills and door plants share roller modules but need different inputs: mills are sized by stack mass and load class; door plants by leaf width, finish class and heading.
For cabinet whole-plant linking (edgebander L/R return, multi-island takt), see Panel Furniture. Inquire with stack envelope, or leaf size + finish class + TOR.
Typical segments
- 01
Mill: saw / sand → stack lane → outbound staging
- 02
Door: machining in-feed / out-feed
- 03
Door: finishing & drying buffer
- 04
Door: packing hand-off / forklift dock
Duty constraints
- Panel mills: high stack mass, forklift hand-off height, outbound staging that limits roller ovaling
- Door plants: mixed leaf width; face protection at buffers and elevation changes
- Finishing lanes: hold / drying buffer that frees powered takt segments
What we configure
- Heavy gravity / powered roller classes sized to stack mass; forklift-pocket or TOR-matched lift docks
- Leaf pitch and side-guide clear width set to minimum leaf edge — sleeved rollers where finish is critical
- Gravity finishing buffers; powered for host in-feed / out-feed or leaf heading change (flip / rotate / traverse)
