Product family
Roller Hydraulic Lift family
Allows workers to load and unload materials more easily

Fixed lift · SY-LF-RB
Braked roller-deck lift
- Deck pitch matches adjacent lines for step-free entry/exit.
- Brake box and lift drive are compartmented for independent maintenance.

Fixed lift · SY-LF-RG
Gravity roller-deck lift
- Deck rollers and side channels follow the gravity-line geometry standard.
- Lift mechanism is isolated from roller journals to limit vibration transfer.

Powered-deck lift · SY-LF-PR
Powered roller-deck lift
- Deck drive and lift drive are separate circuits for fault isolation.
- External tensioning allows adjustment in short stop windows.

Rotating lift · SY-LF-RT
Rotating-deck lift
- Slew bearing and roller deck are coplanar so rotation adds no step.
- Rotate drive includes mechanical lock for repeatable stops.

Traversing lift · SY-LF-TV
Rail-mounted traversing lift
- Travel wheels/drive checked for loaded start/stop with safety margin.
- Rail joints are dressed to cut impact vibration.

Flat-deck lift · SY-LF-PL
Flat-deck lift
- Checkered or wear plate chosen by sliding need.
- Four-corner guides limit torsion under eccentric load.

Forklift-dock lift · SY-LF-FK
Forklift-dock roller-deck lift
- Fork tunnels are stiffened against local crush.
- Retractable rollers have mechanical limits for repeatable reset.

Hydraulic lift with forklift pockets · SY-HL-FL
Hydraulic lift with forklift pockets
- Scissor-type hydraulic lift, matched to the loading height of panel saws.
- Fork tine channels reserved on the platform for easy handling of full stacks of panels.
Engineering selection
- When is a brake-box gravity deck preferred over a powered-deck lift?
- Use a braked gravity deck when up/downstream motion is still push or free-roll and you only need a locked stop at elevation. Choose a powered deck when the lift must pull/push panels automatically and participate in line takt with photo-eye release.
- What must be locked to keep in-line continuity across a lift?
- Match TOR height at both seats, roller pitch/OD and side-guide clear width to adjacent bays; define drive direction (if powered), stopper logic and dual confirmation of “at height” before release. Eccentric stack limits must be stated on the nameplate.
- How are stroke and cycle time specified?
- Stroke equals the elevation delta between process datums plus approach clearance. Cycle time is checked against host takt: lift + settle + release must fit the available window, including brake/hold on e-stop or power loss where required.
