Applications

1. Flat deck for pallets, fixtures or loads that should not sit on rollers.
2. Auxiliary elevation node beside main roller flow (e.g. fixture on/off).
3. Can run parallel—panels on rollers, pallets on flat—without lane conflict.
4. Not a high-takt main path; for assist and heavy short lifts.
5. Define both distributed and concentrated load cases.
6. Outdoor/semi-outdoor installs upgrade corrosion protection and drainage.

Construction & process

1. Checkered or wear plate chosen by sliding need.
2. Four-corner guides limit torsion under eccentric load.
3. Optional hydraulic lock or mechanical pin for long dwell.
4. Skirts cover shear and pinch points.
5. Local control box shortens valve response.
6. Tapped pads allow fixture locating pins.
