Applications

1. Traverse cart with integrated turntable to change heading while transferring.
2. Combines cross-lane move and rotate—saves a standalone turntable.
3. Fits parallel lines that also need 90°/180° reverse.
4. Turntable diameter leaves margin on max diagonal.
5. Sequence: berth → rotate → dock rollers.
6. Under heavy load, forbid rotate while traveling.

Construction & process

1. Thick laser-cut turntable plate for stiffness.
2. Slew bearing serviceable for lube.
3. Cart frame checked for eccentric rotate.
4. Rotate lock pin prevents free spin.
5. Interlocked with rail travel.
6. Optional ballast or wider gauge against tip.
