Applications

1. Windmill arms flip on continuous or takt cycles for high-rate face change.
2. Often after edgebanding, coating or laminating before the other face.
3. Higher throughput than in-place flippers; larger footprint/safety radius.
4. Panel size range must match arm stations strictly.
5. Not for ultra-thin fragile boards unless soft clamping is added.
6. Runs coupled to upstream/downstream roller takt.

Construction & process

1. Arm dynamic balance reduces vibration.
2. Clamp force adjustable by zone.
3. Full cage around rotate volume.
4. Main bearing seats allow temperature monitoring.
5. E-stop can settle at half-station.
6. Quick-change tooling interfaces.
